Unless otherwise requested, all cakes will be made in my classic vanilla flavour (think delicious ice cream). If you have a special flavour in mind let me know and I can try to create a recipe. Otherwise take your pick of my delicious flavours below:

Funfetti- my classic vanilla sponge with vanilla frosting filled with amazing sprinkles! Perfect for a child's birthday party.
Raspberry & white chocolate- My classic vanilla sponge with delicious raspberry filling and rich white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate - Chocolate sponge layered with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Raspberry vanilla - A raspberry vanilla sponge with matching Swiss meringue buttercream & raspberry filling.
Lemon- A zesty lemon sponge layered with lemon swiss meringue buttercream & lemon curd filling.
Salted Caramel - Chocolate or vanilla sponge sandwiched between a creamy caramel swiss meringue buttercream & caramel sauce filling.
Lotus Biscoff - Vanilla sponge sandwiched between layers of Lotus Biscoff swiss meringue buttercream.
Nutella - Chocolate sponge layered with Nutella swiss meringue buttercream.
Coffee - coffee flavoured sponge with delicious fresh coffee swiss meringue buttercream. Made with freshly brewed real coffee no instant here!
Red Velvet- light and fluffy red velvet sponge with cream cheese swiss meringue frosting.
Carrot - a delicious light carrot cake with cream cheese swiss meringue frosting.
